Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

...OT JOIN untill you have a legal document like offer letter or employee contract. Make sure this documents clearly states your 'Monthly' salary, work designation and work duties, no mention of 3 to 5 years of bond and all other basic employment related details.

I have seen them trap and use people with many tricks. So make sure you have legal clear documents before joining. Otherwise thay are masters at fraud and manipulation. They make fake good impression at interview. After joining thay show reality. Do not join untill you have legal document which shows clearly details of your employment.

Hired for one job then 2 months after they gave me another job role at lower salary. Said do it or leave company

Dislikes

Daily threats and gali by management. Join karne se pehle have an offer letter or contract that says you will not be transferred to another job role at lower salary after joining. Otherwise they hire you for sales. After 2 months they make you work as draftsman at 0.55x salary.
