...ck of communication skills, every day you have to talk to a new staff in office. No time limits for work, Sunday also working, national holiday working, no extra Bonus, increment upto 5%. Very very hard work, lot of pressure and unsafe.

about to our company i have no words to say because company to maintain the employ culture and also not provide the salary on time similar not give the PF on time and not follow any policies. my suggestion is that pls don't join this company in your life. thanks for give the precious time to read my comment..

After one year they couldn't settlement my full and final settlement and not credited my last month salary, PF amount, experience relieving certificate.

Work life balance depend up to your client, i am working 18 hrs per day, No support from ven india, No job security, No paid leaves, No allowances means No food allowance, No fuel allowance, No late night work allowance, Very toxic work culture.

Very less salary, no increment or promotion, company culture is so strict so many restrictions, they don't give recognition for your work and they take more work from you and under pay you.
