Flexibility was provided during Covid and post Covid period with ontime salary. Training & Development is also an area where the management literally focus on and help engineers to develop in their functional role.

There are few areas where management should focus on such as employee retention and knowledge management. Some engineers are not able manage work life balance.

Likes

1) We arrange culture program like Ganpati,Navratri are good in velox automation 2) Get-toether and picnic arranged by the compony is good things that employee has to changed their routine cycle. 3) working hours are very flexible. 4) Top management people's are very good.I mention here Both MD sir,HR department,store department, manufacturing department. 5) Job security is good,If not any department misguided or giving wrong information to Top management.

Dislikes

1) Most of the department persons are cooperative,but still one or two deparment have to change the mentality and working style. 2) Most often happen that some people's working here from other states which not able to speak and understand the Gujrathi laugauge,but most of the time they communicate in Gujrathi.I think that communication language should be common and easy to understand others also. 3) Most of the employee are older in age,so we have to keep respect in that sense.sometimes these things are not following most of the people.I think we should have to change that.

Bad experience My experience in this company was bad because here the employees are not taken care of in such a way that they show pride in themselves, they do not listen to the employee's suggestions or they are fired from the company without telling them or if the employee has any problem. He sent someone home on leave to the company or he got fired from the company because of giving wrong information.

I feel so satisfied working at Velox Automation as a System engineer-Project department. Its working environment is so comfortable that it helps us to grow faster. People here, always helps when we are stuck at some point in our work. Management is co-operative and always focusing on employee's personal and professional development. Celebration of Indian festivals allows Employee's talent in extra curricular activities to come on the surface and make work place more enjoyable. I really enjoy working at Velox.
