Working in velocity is gaining a knowledge in the technology you want to. Work culture is great here with both manager, colleagues and other team colleagues Company polices are good in both health care and job related policies. Management is very helpful, if you have any issues or you want to talk about you or company growth. They are always welcome employees to talk to the management. On the COVID situation, velocity bring many policies for the health which is very helpful to each and every employee and their dependent’s.

Not good management practice as it is too demanding and no respect for co-workers by managers. Not good with regards to working conditions and career growth

Velocity is a good company for those who want a stable job and want to live in heart of pune city. Management is also good.

Promotion and appresal trend not so good. Work pressure in my project is manageable.

Velocity gives ample of opportunity to deserving candidates. The work culture in Velocity is really nice. If you are working well then no need to worry about job security here. The HR's and other employees are very supportive.

Dislikes

Since this company is located in the heart of the City it becomes very difficult to travel from outside city. There is no Pick and Drop facility. But if you stay near by then its a best and accessible work location.
