...se do not waste your precious time here. It's a scam like MLM or pyramid scheme. Here's my story I got a call from Tanya (HR) and she told me to come for offline round as i was selected, i saw that she got my number from naukari and they are offering salary of 4-6 lpa so i thought let's give it a try. On day 1-They took around 4-5 hr for the first round. Where they explained about the company and the owner took a group interview and told us that there HR will connect with us. Day2 i was called for the 2nd round- we where told to have heavy breakfast and lunch was offered by them as it was a field round or psychometric round where they provided us some trainners. In field we have to beg people to donate for unicef and save the child, and at the end of day, they took another interview saying they will only select handful of us. Day3- i was happy that i was selected but when i reached there i found that all my team members who where supposed to be eliminated where also called, and they took another interview and paper test of all of us and i was told i was again selected but they did not explained anything about job descriptions they only told us you will join as a BA and they move up in the company to become Bussiness head. It was sounding like MLM but i was blinded by the salary part and all the workers there were highly educated some were MBA's. And coming towards how will i make money if i joined there organization- suppose i was able to make 2 people donate 2000ra on x day they i will earn 4000 that is double the donation on that day( as it is monthly donation so the owner told us that he will it at one time a day) i.e for if you are able to do 2000 rs donation each day you will earn 4000 rs each day that is 4k*25= 1 lakh. And if you are not able to do any sale you will earn zero amount as there is no such salary thing here. They are just scamming you. How to know they are scammers- 1. They will not provide any offer letter 2. There office is located above some mithai shop which is kinda old and they claim to generate profit over 20 lakh per month- that is suspicious 3.they called each interviewer as they requested maximum people to beg. 4. They will say we are running some enterpruner program and we do not provide salary but performance based salary is given again a big red flag. 5. HR usually demand documents on WhatsApp but a Normal HR normally talk on mails for transparency 6. They do not allow Bussiness Associate talk to another BA as one's a BA get a hang of it that this is a scam he will be not able to talk to other's as they are told to not to talk to each other as they may lose there job 7.also working hours are 8 to 6 that is 10 hr in the name of enterpurener program. 8. They have similar 49 organisation all over india running same MLM scam all over the country in pune they have- the solidarity organisation, the skyline organisation, in mumbai they have stelllar organisation, the millennium organization etc all over the country.

Everything, please do not waste your time, i wasted 4 days of my life giving interview here, also rejecting some offers down the line.

There's nothing anyone can like about there's no job security ,no work culture not even a permanent salary .

This company is nothing but a scam who ask people for donations for kids but the money never goes to needy. People in this company are extremely cunning, greedy and selfish. They promise you , you can start your company you will become owner. In the start they behave so sweetly but in some days you will realize change in behavior they treat you like donkey you have to work all the time . They can call you 2 AM and ask you to work.

Nothing at all...don't fall for this trap..they will waste your time and won't give u a single penny even after you've worked.

...y away...they are conning people in the name of UNICEF and Save the Children....and they don't pay u any salary...just stay away from such a trap guys...!!!

I didn't like anything about the company. It is the worst company ever. They will just fool you. There is no work life balance, you'll have to work for about 12 hrs. Besides it feels like you are salesperson. Whole career will be ruined.

...en a company just an agency. An agency to fool people under the name of charity. They will not provide you the salary plus they'll take the money from you only. Plus you'll have to do door to door sales, where again you will only have to bear your travelling cost. No fixed salary. And also the salary which we get is not satisfactory, the whole salary goes in transportation and food only. It is my humble request to not join this agency your whole career will be spoiled.

Scam and also not paying a basic salary not hiring for a suitable post hiring for telesales taking 11 hrs work and not even paying salary or insentives they don't even allowed to talk with other employees they not even open in chats
