Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

... any personal quality, of lies, and bad behaviour. Management is very shameless. Does pay even group D workers after months of protest, not paying salary even after a year, very rude behaviour thereafter. Working there is a lesson for life

Our salary is stuck up for months. I was asked to do unethical investigations and treatment. Salary was not given on time. I was made to transfer from Delhi to dehradun on false promises and had to resign within a span of 5 months. Not at all recommended.

Top level management alwsys likes to play drams. There is no job security even for admin level employees.. They're removing people from organisation like picking a flower from the garden.. If they want to remove somebody eg: if they need to remove GM they hire a COO.. If they need remove Nursing superintendent they hire Chief Nursing officer.. Thats their pattern. I think CEO is not aware of these things and blindly trusting COO.. KARAMA IS ON THEIR WAY TO DR CHETANS FAMILY
