This was the biggest mistake of my life to work with that company They harrassed you mentally,,, they cheat with salary and location as well . For the female this job is not safe at all I have worst experience with that ... After leaving that company they still blackmail you for any silly reasons and also try to creat mess with your present company

This company gives you freedon to do the things you are intrested in . You can learn many more things here because this company is gonna give you exploser of each and everything you are working on. Great company for learning

You have to handle each and every part of your project so some may like it others may not depends on person to person. Some employee call it over stress but who is willing to learn things and lie handle all things by their own they like it.

There is no salary increment. There is no link between work and increment . Easily one can get promotions without hike

The company can do good if given to the hands of right people. To new joiners, you can learn only by yourself if you have the willingness.

The work culture and the micromanagement is beyond terrible. they focus more on the concept of who's coming at 8 AM sharp rather than being focused on to achieve the work goals and focus on who's actually working for the god damn company and whose just chilling there pretending to be working by sitting in front of the laptop. I still wonder how they're sustaining in the market.

It's a very good opportunity to learn something new..... I had a good experience in work. Management of velankani is excellent. Company policies also very good..... it's a good time have been spent. Tq u for the opportunity tqs to velankani management.
