- Understanding and supportive plant head up to the some extend. - Once in a year, on company opening day, there is a pooja and lunch for every employees as well as invited clients they call it as 'Bhandara'. - Even though company's max business is as a tier-4 supplier to OEM, management is trying to make it as a corporate level company with the available old and few new resources.

- Some times the Plant head sir is also found helpless and faces limitations in decision making and proving desired support to maintain the process needs. - For customer's meeting in Pune, it is mandatory to reach there by 9:00 a.m., which requires departing from Aurangabad home at 3:00am (max). This early departure impacts overall productivity and well being of the respective employees. - The company becomes very professional and enforces strict policy on the notice period requirements, if an employee intend to join their next organization just after serving only one month of their two month's (on an appointment letter) of the notice period, the company with holds their last clearance check, regardless of their contribution and hard efforts put to tackle the difficulties in serving the employment there in the company. This nature of the management is well known among the clients.

Managers do not support, HR is very fake, there is a lot of politics, job is not secure, they can fire you anytime, they make those who work do a lot of work. They always keep irritating me, you have to face abuses from your own department manager and also have to listen to abuses from the other department manager.

I like work experience. In there staff improve the confidence, in there company respect to time and there work, I like it.

Dislikes

I dislike there some dull people, becouse they not thinking others hardworking they only think about there work.
