If you go there, you don't get proper designation. They'll call you for one role. They'll put you in another. I have been called for Medical Social Worker, but they put me in a reception where i used to attend call. For this, if they would have posted receptionist, i would have not even gone there.

Management doesn't recognize doctors for values and it is too much money oriented. No freedom of speech. No growth or progress in career.

They do not support any of their employees.. Money is their only motive.. It's a shame to see that they have dismissed many doctors nurses due to less cases due to pandemic.. No job security no work satisfaction no culture no respect..
