Poor management, bad decisions made by director, no respect to contractual faculties, salary is not same for all even though one has same qualifications. Some faculty got increased salary after meeting personally with director. Highly partial institute

Nothing like one would like it..it was overall an worst experience to work with. Students are obviously good but college staff and management is very poor infrastructure is terrible. and working over there is a just a waste of time

...ust go for it. But at the end of the day u will find nothing but disappointment. Forget growth and increment in salary. Rather they decrease it.

... vast in a nice location Cons: 1. Govt. set up so lot of bureaucratic hiccups 2. Salary usually runs 10 days late 3. Even though a part of the campus is a heritage site, the overall maintenance of the infrastructure is poor

I am Mtech research student and my project topic is hydrological and Hydraulic simulation of inter basin water transfer project, due to COVID-19 lockdown college help us for our research work through online guidance and we are working from home.

Can grow,only if you get under staff who understands the importance of education.

Dislikes

Permanent staff is non co-operative. Contractual faculties are always mistreated. Any complaints given fall on deaf ears.
