Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Vedanta is a very good company and Job security and salary structure are very good for the future.

Dislikes

Poor management No proper management now needs to be change management immediately. Not a good environment to work there at this time. so request to change the top management ASAP. The community also dislike CSR and other external function so need to be changed all old employees.

Well recognised limited organisation. Strong balance sheet with heavy hidden debt. So many responsibilities, and opportunity for R&D and improvement.

Dislikes

... work culture is pathetic . Work life balance is terrible but policies are good. Life of employee is limited with extra duty hours without any compensation.

Work-Life balance is very poor. Moreover the HR policies doesnt benefit the employees. In particular the location Lanjigarh is very remote and communication is so poor. However you will be povided with hardship allowance
