I gave 2 years for Vedang , project engineer to Project co-ordinator all are good except salary level increment process slow....no external facility.for employee in pune, No Accomadation, No Fund no expenses for Travelling for Office,PF Cut in my salary no Company don,t Pay anything Except Salary...

Vedang is better for learn to RF drive test ,optimization ,EMF, I&C ..work environment , job security ,salary there is no issue to work with Vedang.

Company Management hearing only upper level employees,The work pressure is very high. Top seniors only play politics. No chance of increment if your relations not strong with your mangers. No carrier growth. HR department worst.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I m not happy with hr team,bcz they never revert my mail whatever the issues.Atleast they should understand that if employee mailing you that means he has a some problem.And i m also unhappy with employee hire policy.

Major issue is that i m working with this company since more than one year, inspite of that there is no any increment in salary, while during recruiting recruiter say that your salary will we incremented every year as per company policy..Plz look at this bcz i allready discussed with feed back team .
