Worl culture, Top management behaviour... Top management behaves likes he is not only the employee but he is the owner of company, Disregarding skills and Growth, only his coaching is good but not working environment.

Likes

Salary on time, because of internet and Dr Vikas Divyakirti sir everyone recognised about company.. Sir is very good boss.

Dislikes

Management is worst here, because sir himself is busy in academic and other works so he depended upon other people who have created a nexus and they run company like worst way possible employees are very sad and disappointed because of management.

Salary on time, Coffee machine & lift works fine. Seniors who are BDE now are supportive and very friendly. Thanks to them that i survived my tenure.

Dislikes

No proper training will be provided after onboarding, no salary appraisal and other benefits, no EPF & ESIC, no long & short term growth, pressure as hell, no guidance / assistance will be provided by managers, managers are literally womanisers, no proper team management. Literally the list will go on if it comes on me. WARNING ⚠ Don't join as BDE/BDT. Politics at it's worst, and is itself enough to made you crazy.

sudden relocations and team restructuring is a challenging experience. At times it feels like these decisions are made without adequate consultation or consideration of the employees

Dislikes

Everything like office culture, terrible working hours, they treat you like a term 'Gadha Majdur'. Office politics is worst.
