Company does good Pooja and follow customs. Apart from this no body has professionalism nature

Dislikes

Everyone are narrow minded people. No broad minded are available in the team. No career growth No personal life CFO work like Government clerk CFO spoiling entire working atmosphere Instead of joining this company. Better to be at home. No specific timings CFO is staying single. He don’t leave early at any point of time. Till he go home. He don’t allow to go home anyone in the team. He is not organised person and don’t allow to work as per our priorities.

There is nothing you can do in this company. You can learn shit from them. If you wish to forget your family you can join here. Then this is a heaven for you. They will not plan anything and will decide everything at last time and make you work overtime which is not provided though.

Poor Management does not know what to do . Purchase department is very corrupted . Using family connection with top management. You will be treated like a dog . they recruited 6 HOD's and fired 6 HOD's in same year including DGM. every employee curses the management. Factory head is the biggest cheat but trusted by the poor management. CFO is a joker . NO GM , NO DGM , NO good leader to lead it all the money eaten by 2 HOD's an OLD idiot consultant who is no use for anything. Sooner they close the company is better and greater.

They don't know the value of Product development and its team mates . They think Sales and marketing the GOD . BS They does not know anything and the got the director for it who is a baby want to drive the Ferrari. This is the worst company where the management will never allow product development team to interact with customers.

it was really good company for saying about teammate, Training,Job security,Career growth,Salary/appraisal,traveling,work environment,Innovation and i am so happy to work there and i learned more from the VBL INNOVATION PVT LTD and what ever i had learned from VBL INNOVATION PVT LTD, that i have utilizing in other company and growing my self well and also i would like to say thanks to VBL Innovation Pvt Ltd to give a opportunity from being and wishing to VBL Innovation grow more and more in future.
