For all the Private Companies Job Security is not there, Vaya's Job Secu5 is good. Some times you feel insecure, but the top level managers will always keep you secure. Work Culture needs to be more good. Policies is really good, you will learn a lot good things by working in Vaya.

Job threatening is there. No increment from two years. Salary revision will happen to who close to ceo. Designation and experience salary is not there.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Staffing and lodging facility incentive that's all is very poor

salary structure is far better than any other organization ,Always cooperative ,supportive & issue resolver of any employee .

Need to provide some more relaxation time to our field staff .Also need to make a proper structure of promotion of backend staff like IT,HR ,DM .& SOME OTHER POST TO .
