This is worst company to work for it operates like a typical family-owned business where professionalism is severely lacking. Key Concerns- 1. Misleading CTC Structure- THEY INCLUDE GRATUITY IN YOUR CTC, which as per labor laws, should not be a part of it. Be cautious before accepting the offer they hire people on executive level as students from colleges aren’t aware about this information and they can save up on cost 2. No Job Security- They can terminate employees at will. 3. Exploitative Work culture- If you’re an individual contributor in your department, they expect you to take on excessive workload than hiring 1&2 people . If you struggle to say “NO” this place will exploit you. Verdict- Avoid joining if you value fair employment practices and a professional work environment.

I was in Marketing role still I know a lot about the production process due to sir.Mr kedia. It was a great learning experience and quite enriching for my future endeavours.

Dislikes

Some of Hr related policies need to be straightened up and not keep on changing frequently. The probation time is too long and tiring and employee loses motivation to work.
