Initially we didn't had Sales target, but everything has changed, we have to do sales now. All the possible door to earn incentives are closed or has been drastically reduced. Employer ask us not to have give up attitude, yet they are getting double the money by imposing Success team to do sales and reducing the Incentive amount to almost Nil. If you want to work for somebody without giving a damn about personal growth then be my guest.

The company still follows culture like govt offices, doesn't suit a fast growing startup. Promotions are given based on tenurity, highly short staffed and messy. Nobody has clearly defined metrics, roles and responsibilities, leadership doesn't exist at all.Team leaders and managers are just entitled idiots who just passes on their workload to others and pretend to support the organisation on their shoulders.Terrible culture including harrasment and long hours,no respect for truly talented folks. Suitable for employees who are long term in the company, rest all aren't recommended to try

The Enviornment is very Good, but management is very poor

very Poor management, no propoer heirarchy, and also they don't release incentives till months, they will made you to cry for your money in front of the management, they really do not value employees, they just know how to get their business run

Hr behaviour is so rude , senior manager and all the senior employees behaviour is very bad and senior employees are using abuse word. They provide wfh only selected employees not to everyone. That's not a organisation,it's a political party
