They make false commitment to the employee. If they have hired you for any location say Mumbai, they will give you joining on site & will say that you have to go to the site for 1 week only. After spending 3 weeks on site you will ask them to relocate to the original location Mumbai (as per your offer letter). Vasu Chemical team will deny to position you for Mumbai location. So from first day of your joining you will find that you are being cheated by Vasu Chemicals.

Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
