It's very good for beginners in civil engineering. We can know about building designs and estimate of small residential building and multistoried structures. But they work mainly on buildings. If someone wants a diversified knowledge like roads, railways, bridges etc they there is a need to move on.

It's the worst company. Employees do less work and play more politics; they’ll completely demotivate you and say all sorts of negative things about the company, like how going on company trips isn’t safe for women, and much more, so that you leave the company on your own

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
