Good to learn and work.... Innocent management. They don't even what's happening downside. people who commits late night (even you don't know anything) , who complain about others will survive. Best place for fake experience people to gain real experience.

Dislikes

...these worst people review. they cant live outside , they wont let company grew No on time salary. No PF at all. Management should focus cleaning trash then only they can be grew.

There is no job security here, lay offs happen frequently. The worst thing to say is Company is writing POSITIVE REVIEW on platforms like Glassdoor.

Dislikes

Company will not pay the salaries to employees, they deduct pf amount from employee salary but will not credit in to pf account. Salary is given once in 3-4months. Pending salary is not been cleared for ex employees too. Technology used is not as per standards. Experience gained here is not worthy, as it can not be used in present Market.

Still On laptop work from home, working as system administrator linux, i have completed my education in B.Sc Computer Science from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University aurangabad.,Maharashtra, then through MIT college completed Red Hat L2 course.

I enjoy working at Vasista, Company focus on cutting edge technologies like AWS and advance analytics, has allowed me to constantly grow and refine my skills. Working on impact full projects such as optimizing route planning, integrating machine learning models gives me a stong sense of meaning full outcomes.

There could be improvements in communications accross team to avoid a delay. as we all are working from home, these are common challenges to many fast paced environment, and I see them as a opportunities for growth and development
