I worked in wasavadatta cement plan in sedam karnataka ,I was not satisfied with the salary which was paid within a 3 month, there was no policy or provision for salary increment, the company was not provided appointment offer letter or any confirmation letter, when i resigned from my post the company had deducted last month full salary amount in the name of why not given resignation before one month as per notice period, But that was not my fault company didn't produce any appointment offer letter or any written documents to show notice period till last of my working day, nobody was satisfied working in wasava because of overtime work, some days 13, 14 15 hours we have worked there. Your vasava company has not given my Experience certificate I am very happy today because I worked in hyderabad metro rail project in L&T as a safety officer 4 years, now i am working in Dubai metro rail project, in alstom Inel power as a safety in charge

I worked for at least 17-18 years in Vasava Group, it is a company which can give a best opportunity to grow up and built up a excellent carrier for either experienced or freshers.

Nothing I disliked this is a company which a best platform for young generations.

Oppourtinities to explore yourself and you can challange your self to the extreem situation. Not every one can survive in company environment.

Politics, Work environment, nothing like innivation, work life balance is very poor and appraisal

In this company your skills are enhanced and many skills are developed.

Dislikes

There is no job and life balance. You will not be able to take out any time for personal life. There is half time work on Sundays and no festival holidays are provided. This company provides paid leave.
