I am proud to have worked with Varun Electrodes pvt ltd. Work environment is awesome and stressfree . Freshers are paid better than many other companies. We learnt a lot from here.

The Branch Manager was very humble and supportive. I wish I knew his name but it has been pretty long. The other thing I liked about the company was that even after I told the Branch Manager that I could not work there any more because of the way things worked, it did not bother me at the time of FNF.

Dislikes

Work environment was the worst. The production manager used a language so unprofessional that it left me dumbfounded. He did that to everyone on a daily basis. He only did that to me once, and that was when I resigned. It was not worth it anyway, because I worked there for 4 months but hardly got a chance to learn anything because of all the politics going on.
