Full Politics,Toxic Environment, Playing games with each other. 2-4 employees are the reason for this work culture. Even though the management is aware, No body takes any action on them. Worst team to work with. Resignations are flowing due to this work environment. Please avoid this organisation for your mental peace.

Ambiguity in JOB offer.
I recently changed my Job as Business Manager with Arka Fincap, but some how I also selected as BM(Branch manager) with HDB financial and Varthana finance. I am very confused, to what I will do.
