Overall company is very good but salary is not dependents on talent . On the job training not given to new joinees

...ing. Staff is very helpfull and supportive. The wok and life is quite good here. But the one think I wanted to say that salary is very much poor. You will never get the salary you deserve so there is no value for your work no one approciate you of you do the great job. So if you want a balance life the Varroc is definitely a very good place. But if you want a good salary then please don't go for Varroc. Thank you!

I liked my senior teammates most. They always gave a support to me and makes me strong such that I can fight with wrong things happening in company regarding quality.Their i got a free oppurtunity to learn new and do anythings and finally I'm very happy from this.

Actually my plant is newly so system was not very good. I'm on contract basis so observed a large differences among employee in every things like Respect , Food, less salary & to late payment. This things always hurt me and feel bad. But one things our QA supervisors are so good.

The company is open to innovation & adopts latest technology in manufacturing every parts with world class quality.I am enterily happily working with varroc family.

...for internal employees, but they hired high CTC people from outside & referrals. High salary for low efficient Management freshers (MT) & GETs, outsiders dose not get any value. Policies are only on paper in all departments. No opportunity for hard & smart peoples, only those who work like crowman are welcome. Favoritism in the HR team. HR managers/HODs/ leads are unable to take small decisions. only behaved well during review meetings, without completing any task. Cross-functional HODs involvement in all HR processes. Low band peoples are struggling to work because of no opportunity that's why the attrition rate is high.
