...e is not MNC like. Work life balance is good when it comes to Corporate Finance. Compensation and Hikes are not up to the mark. Corporate Governance can be improved by leaps and bounds.

Dislikes

Lack of Corporate Governance. Hikes and bonus are below industry standards. Not able to keep with changing working cultures (Still not applying hybrid culture for corporate staff also).

Dislikes

HR department does not support contractual people & trainees. High salary for low efficient Management freshers (MT) & GETs, outsiders dose not get any value. Policies are only on paper in all departments. No opportunity for hard, smart, working people, only those who act like those are welcome. Favoritism in the HR team. Working on a contractual position is a crime here Cross-functional HODs involvement in process.

For on campus freshers the salary is good.

Dislikes

Apart from salary everything else is pretty bad. You get put into any departments at any location at random. Doesn't matter your specialization, you'll be put into departments that are not at all relevant to you. On top of that you will be into a completely different department after one year that has no relation with the first one. So now, in your resume, you have one year experience in one field and another year experience in a completely different field and your bachelor's specialization is in a completely different field.

1) Layoff two times in year 2024 2) Increment is not base on performance, meanwhile after resigned varroc was gave hike. 3) Culture very bad 4) No work satisfaction along with no work base on employee profile 5) Notice period 3 month mandatory and it's not negotiable 6) System not smoothly work due employee not satisfaction work culture and financial group 7) R&D HR need take appointment for meeting him 8) Canteen facility very poor

a) 3 month unwanted notice period mandatory to serve after maneger approval for one month. Short fall days payout facility not available. b) Year end review not based on performance c) It's based on politics, bad work Culture d) Canteen facility very poor e) punch in time very strictly and it's deducted from leaves. f) Not working as job profile g) Not any training provided h) 2 time layoff by varroc in one month and no any advance information i) No based on system work
