...e is not MNC like. Work life balance is good when it comes to Corporate Finance. Compensation and Hikes are not up to the mark. Corporate Governance can be improved by leaps and bounds.

Dislikes

Lack of Corporate Governance. Hikes and bonus are below industry standards. Not able to keep with changing working cultures (Still not applying hybrid culture for corporate staff also).

Dislikes

...for internal employees, but they hired high CTC people from outside & referrals. High salary for low efficient Management freshers (MT) & GETs, outsiders dose not get any value. Policies are only on paper in all departments. No opportunity for hard & smart peoples, only those who work like crowman are welcome. Favoritism in the HR team. HR managers/HODs/ leads are unable to take small decisions. only behaved well during review meetings, without completing any task. Cross-functional HODs involvement in all HR processes. Low band peoples are struggling to work because of no opportunity that's why the attrition rate is high.

For on campus freshers the salary is good.

Dislikes

Apart from salary everything else is pretty bad. You get put into any departments at any location at random. Doesn't matter your specialization, you'll be put into departments that are not at all relevant to you. On top of that you will be into a completely different department after one year that has no relation with the first one. So now, in your resume, you have one year experience in one field and another year experience in a completely different field and your bachelor's specialization is in a completely different field.

1. Worst company culture 2. Less knowledged superiors 3. Egoistic higher officials 4. Worst HR culture 5. Any time they can fire anyone if higher people has vengeance on someone 6. Worst job structure 7. No hygiene food and toilets 8. No proper hike 9. No job security

Likes

Varroc is a good employer with good work culture. Flexible work hours, on time salary, peer respect. People and management are supportive. Lots of learning across various engineering disciplines. Good interactions with plant and corporate to make experience more rewarding.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are not at par with industries. Need more projects / order to increase job security. No international exposure for ordinary employees.
