...y. Very good ethics, rules, regulations, SOPs & structured systems are in place. Very punctual for timely release of salary, bonus, fair appraisal & increment. No bar for right performer. TPM & 5S are religiously implemented very well. Management is very highly conscious for safety enhancement.

Dislikes

Being continuous process industry & stand alone island mode CPP without grid power the Work-Life balance & leave for senior technical staff is somewhat troublesome.

Low Personal growth and future of person work with organisation for average years. And if organisation work with limited staff and satisfaction with their work related environment then no comparison with other organisation.

Overall management is good and culture good :higher production :more shafty :high product requirements. :costumer satisfaction etc.

: the company is out site of city. :travelling available in a fixed time. :this types company very some in india. :so job replacement difficult etc.

As being an instrument engineer especially fresher's , it's very good company to learn about practical things u have studied in ur academic. Here instrument engineer not limited to any particular unit or section, he has to take control of all over of plant section which is personally I believe greatest advantage. Good work culture.

Dislikes

It's a continues production plant . So in some cases u don't have chance to work on instruments ...but in shutdown activities u will get that opportunity.
