Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...uch transparent. There is no cafeteria but a canteen managed and run by company. Company policies are not too good, forget about appraisals and they didn't give any hike on salary and never clear your bonus.

There is a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not much decent and career growth is also slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. If you resign before you will have to sign an another agreement bond of not joining in the same territory till next coming 2 years. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

When i join this company i feel that i will grow my self but they didn't give any training or any kind of support and they didnt give my salary ot convance and in lockdown they did not give me any kind of support and they did not pickup my calls till now no one give me my questions about my salary for my work what i done before lockdown. Tje worst company i have ever work who didn't support there employee

Lala type company every time owner of company use abuse language with his employees. No future in this company if you are totally chaplus type person or no effect if some one use abuse languages so the company is good for you. Thanks
