No more provide Work from home chance when had a personal need. futuristic actions doesn't made in the organization. They are keep following the Old Oracle & DB upgrade. So deployment lag, and the application gets slowness. So most of these our efforts are useless.

The managers are not held accountable for the lack of interaction between my team and the rest of the group. We always have very little contact with other teams, so many people left this organization because they did not consider this and team collaboration is very low.
