This Company provides computers with best configuration for employees, Awesome Hardware & Other tools and technologies(way better then other companies). Less restrictions on working hours, take as many breaks as you can/want, it's like "old-sarkari-daftar-timings". Although Furniture was very nice, Employees often found playing games & watching movies & listening songs during working hours,🥳😆😋😎, full enjoyment full-Moj, Drink Tea/Cofee whenever you like, no limit, it's like they are running company just for entertainment and not business, like DHARAMSHALA (koi kabhi bhi aaye jaaye)

Dislikes

Poor salary (Jain-baniya-owner very kanjoos & khadoos), Salary not good as living expenses of Ahmedabad, like you have to spend your personal savings just so that you can afford to live there, They won't increase your salary even if you tell them all the reasons politely, it's like they have fix rules when it comes to money(baniya people 😅), I was 'only software Engineer' handling all work, still poor salary, "NO DIWALI BONUS"(typical baniya behaviour), They'll give you check as salary most of the times, they won't deposit in your bank account every time even if you give them account details, not much to explore, People in Management don't behave nice(too much Egoooooo), All Boses don't have fix PATTERN, it's like they themselves are MONKEYS and they will want you to behave same, (u know Krishna-Ganesh-Ram-Shiva-Jesus-Allah and what not😅🤣) [just not VISHNU bcoz that was me😎], It's like they don't respect your private-life,(typical Matrix-Monekies and ∆ triangle dooer, i just hate it.) 7 people quit there job during my job duration including myself, And I am sure many must have quit after myself, Too much interference in employee's personal life, it's like they want to make decisions about your personal life & privacy, They won't give you tasks about what you like doing, they'll give you exact opposite, it's like they are deaf, No compliments even you give god level work-output, It's like they'll expect you to butter them but they won't do the same, not even onces in while(i prefer 50-50 & equality), As soon as they are in stress they'll do the same to you, without understanding that it affects your work,(are bhai durse ka gussa mere pe kyo utarte ho 😆), Fake-talks & show-offs to impress you,(it just doesn't work on me), but they won't talk to you face-2-face as friend and behave nice, All Women behave worse than men, Even if you behave good still they won't approach you with MANNERS, maybe all girls lost their FUSE in head and are delusional) Inshort they'll try everything to oppress their employees. In conclusion i just say any company must behave nice with their employees so that they can give you best productivity (example Google, Facebook etc).

I only like staff unity in this organization because the owners are too bad that staff has to unite together and be there for each other.

Dislikes

I regret to say that my experience as an employee at VAMA has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. First and foremost, the work environment at VAMA is nothing short of toxic. The owner of the company displays authoritative behaviour, treating employees as if they were mere pawns. One of the most glaring issues is the owner's communication style. She consistently chooses to shout and belittle her employees rather than engage in respectful constructive conversations. This approach creates an atmosphere of fear and anxiety, making it nearly impossible for employees to express themselves or seek guidance without facing verbal abuse.

Likes

They give freedom to work in your way and use your all skillset in a single jod role but unfortunately they dont pay much for it. No beside benefits are there.

Dislikes

Behaviour / needs & communication changes as their needs changes , that is kind of demotivational , can effect your passion/ confidence. Work requires to travel a lot but company does not provide any insurance for it. If anything happens its on you. Selectiv appraisals and i saw people waiting for increament around 4-5 years. That's bad.
