They will force you to work on their own Automation Tools which are useless in the market. One will loose their skills if they work here. No worklife Balance. People without any knowledge and skills are working here as Managers.

Unfortunately, this may not hold true for existing senior employees, as their careers are susceptible to being undermined by both managers and higher management, resulting in a lack of promotions and salary growth.
