...ll forward it to them and they can help with that" - I haven't gotten paid yet - I hear that all my employees that were being contracted by this company also had a lot of issues with them and that they failed to pay on correct dates - As a new employee I don't haveoney to travel back and forth for months without pay, I'm literally borrowing money from friends so I can get to work - I can't request an advance on my payment as they don't reply to any emails

The way emplyoees are getting treated is ridiculous.The way founders talk to employees is like employees are their maids.There is no job security.When it comes to support employees they will ask employees to move on no matter since how many years and how much contribution an employee has made during the difficult times of the company.

Abusive , rash behavior , the hr has no value , it is better you stay away from this company . They take u for granted and try to abuse you how ever they want , worst company to work

Everything. Especially the Content Team Manager Madhu Shalini. Your work life will become hell working under her. Her language is buttering and that too only if she likes you. Also, more than work she is curious to learn about your personal life. She doesn't like people who actually work. Will abuse all the power in her authority to destroy one's life along with her accomplice HR Sandhya & other leaders like Vijesh. They will ruin your mental health especially. So, kindly do not join this company in any way. There is no respect for employees.

Very bad founders Satish Saraf and Srikant bu reddy and HR Ami Babu. Worst behaviour towards employees. Speak really bad things in the ears while working, about past and families and everything! Asking questions. It’s unsafe to work here. Everyone working attack and target a person! Too much insulting! Very bad work culture. Don’t let you work and blame.
