Long list of dislikes No job security.Company has started firing people without any reason or intimation. Appraisals are poor and promotions only possible if you really close to the boss( a new manager has been able to do that) Company has started hiring interns to do work and then firing before they become permanent.Just playing with freshers careers.Boss has recently clearly mentioned that employees are expected to work on weekoffs and if needed on planned holidays till company reaches a certain level.

Likes

Salary Hikes are good when you can play your cards correctly and make good connection with top people.

Dislikes

- Nothing much to learn, just single tech stack (node.js) - Always loaded with more and more work, even on weekends and overtime is a norm - Company Culture has become Garbage - Promotion is a political game - Cost cutting and layoffs done recently.

Likes

Lot of opportunities to learn. Great for finance knowledge. Good client exposure you and develop communication skills with tech skills.

Dislikes

Poor management. No experienced developers / BAs. Over commitment and under performance. Very unhealthy work life balance.

Literally there is nothing as such that is likeable here the company is culture is so toxic. I would never recommend anyone to join unless and until you are ready to work 13-14 hours a day. Sick mentality people who have got huge post. No respect for employees. Bad language, bad culture.

Dislikes

Some Managers don't deserve the position they have got.Iliterate manager. They have a product Team where one manager is literally Sick mentally. He is a devil in humans body. Terrible work pressure. No respect for employees. Target specific employees. Manager name starts with P*****k S********a he is literally worst.

Permanent WFH Flexible timing

Dislikes

1. Toxic work culture. 2. No job security at all. They don't care about you at all. 3. May employees were asked to resign when any client leaves or employee is not needed.
