Salary and other pays will be credited on time. Most colleges would not pay the staff membersx exam invigilation duty pay, but valliammai, even after i resigned the college credited the money to my bank account.

Dislikes

Inefficient HoD and director. Unethical and ignorant staff members. Brown nosing is of highest level. Principal promotes himself as a director, so that he can appoint his stooges as HoD. Even an employee with 6months experience in a BPO would know much more than these people. To hide their inadequacy the staff encourages students to copy in final exams. (Including in campus interviews).
