Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

All the company directors are so nice and most of employees have direct access to them.

Dislikes

Most of working contractors in the project choosen by the directors have slow working practice. Mostly no work at site after 7pm.

Worst politics.. HR politics, divide and rule, no team work, finding only demerits only, Adulating to MD, taking decision only by hearing one sided. Lower level staff more meaningfull the higher by MD, no one talk about work and project planning... dirty politics only.
