Lot of learning opportunity for freshers if you get a good project and mentor

Dislikes

People in management are always involved in politics and groupism. They like to make their own groups and target others. Work life balance is worst. People make you beyond working hours, sometimes unnecessary and 11th hour meetings for some processes which should be followed from the beginning but not followed and then asked 11th hour which is very irritating for employees.
