Dislikes

They have no job security. Not improve in salary packages. Maximum new joiners are take home salary is 9K. No promotions and appraisals. They have not proper increment process. Two year once it should increment for employess 300, 400, 500. Totaly this is not suitable for working. No growth No improvement In hospital field i sugesst velammal hospital, meenakshi mission hospital, Apollo hospital, and many other hospitals in madurai. They have good salary packages and good growth and development.

My project finish the work.. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign

compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high sometime have work 14-18 hr
