About Company...Vactal is an leading HVAC compny in North India....Here all employes are co-oprative and cool as well as my boss. And specially the environment is pretty cool of this company. Working hour not more than 8 hour in a day and it's appreciating.

It's very tough to say that what's the weakness of our company..But here growth rate is slow and compensation is equal to negligible. And I not able to learn much here due to lack of projects.
