...he female employee got benefits like unlimited leaves and wfh opportunities. 3. You get plenty of sympathy and promotion and salary raises for being the third gender just to show inclusivity. Someone deserving with constant good work is ignored. 4. The hr is not helpful and instead of fixing the issues she will hide the issues. 5. The organisation works on buttering your senior the more you butter the more you can have an easy life. Your knowledge your handwork never works.

First they said you are selected but then they said first share your doc's without any salary discussion..... And they hr Vaishali Argued with me ... You know why bcz i asked from her about the process... She said that don't teach me Hr policies...

Good working environment, understanding and cooperating seniors

...welcoming kit not even a laptop bag, gave just a low grade laptop and a charger. Promised salary at the time of employment is not what you get in the offer letter and later they don't even negotiate saying we cannot give more than this.

I really like the work life balance.

First salary they do not provide the market standard salary. Almost 90% attrition are due to this issue. Second no growth opportunity. Third they do not help out with the courses if someone likes to make advancement in his career.

... to clean it (based on certain assumptions and those assumptions keep changing). No Salary hike, No communication or Upskilling , Nothing but just pure Buttering, Time wasting, and dominance by earlier employees. They want you to Resign so that their mistaked kept hiding. They work on literally wild guessing. They call themselves MNC but its not. There is no Managemnt but only young people who completed grad or masters. No single old person is there. (I.e working from ages as we usually have in other companies) Who so ever their management is ...they need to see in this matter ...if not then they migjt wanted ti see the doors shut.
