The work pressure is less and also the salary is also low. I worked as a executive and i need to take care of people working in south India(Airtel broad band around 1500+ employees are there) i will be responsible for their attendance and salary and they will connect me for any assistance. My work totally depends on mails and also need to mail the same for any issue to concern department. I will receive around 30-40 calls on normal days and at salary time will receive around 100+ calls in regarding the salary issue.

Actually I got job in this company through campus placements and at the placements time whatever the job profile, salary and work they mentioned is totally different what we do in real-time. And as per my experience there is nothing to learn from the work (we are just like mail re-senders). And on 7th of every month salary will get credited to the employees and then begins the head ache as we will receive 100+ calls regarding the salary issue and the issues are different also those issues we can't resolve. And the thing that most disappointed me in this company is at the campus placements they mentioned the salary will be 5-6 LPA after 6 months of probation and also confirmed the same from the higher officials of the company and after 6 months when I asked about the salary and designation they are just telling me to contact someone else but I came to know that they will never pay that much salary not even to the one's who are working there from past 2-3 years and also the same person who confirmed about the salary at the beginning said what is the proof for that he confirmed the salary(i haven't recorded phone call). So if you are ok to work for 9-10 K you can work there as there won't be much work as well you can complete your daily work in 2-4 HRs but what is the pointing of working for such low salary and also we learn nothing new from the work.

Worst management, Hr never call/ask/response for any issue. Only upper level management control everything. One of the Worst experience that I have ever gained in my life.

Nothing good about this organisation. Only money making company. Employees are least important for them, and treated like garbage.

Salary never on point, unnecessary deduction from salary (professional tax). No point of contact available for employees, HR never responds to any mail addressed by any employee. Companies Only focus is on sales. No increments, no salary hike. Not even health care benefits are provided to the employees.
