Due to excess of work and low salary and long distance from home district, one is no longer interested in work due to which one is not getting satisfaction from the work of this department. Work pressure has increased a lot.

Dislikes

Being away from home district at low honorarium and lack of sufficient staff due to ban on transfer, taking the work of 10 people from one person is the biggest reason for exploitation.

Good work environment & culture. Teammates are supportive.

... HR team is very bad as they don't entertain employees problems or other issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...loyee benefit, in last 11 years there is no any increment made for the employee. In the name of support staff there are many shg women working on the salary of less than Rs. 1000 per month and that also they don't get regularly and that's why most of them not interested to work and most of the work done by block level staff. There are no allowances but you have to force to use your laptop, mobile, bike, or internet. Even you have to take the printout of the official document from your own pocket.

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lot of poltics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Its a government mission, where you get fair chance to work with government directly and contribute to community.

Dislikes

No HR policy for employees, dismal treatment of employees. Mission operates at the whims and fancies of officers. Political involvement at many levels.
