Uttar pradesh police organisation is a outstanding organisation on national label. It provides 100% job security with a disciplined management & through welfare policies. Yes old regulatory system & heavy work load culture affects its personnel's life up to some extent.

The best part working in Cyber Cell Auraiya Police was i learned how the police deals with the case and how they make approach for the case they have been assigned to. The work environment was very good. Learned so many things like, how investigate a case and what steps should be taken while investigating. The time with IPS sir was always breathtaking as before asking anything from sir was like climbing mountain but gradually things started to work out well and we are assigned a case, in which we worked. We traveled with Police to some places where we could get information. Overall the experience was a life time experience and in future i would love to wok with Police and would solve the cases.

Dislikes

Everything was great just one thing was very tiring for us. That we have to Travel for around 100km daily from our home, sometime in scooty sometimes in bus and sometimes by fully loded tempos.
