I like the culture and Internal Environment here.

Dislikes

Salary is low, seniors do not support in growth, Biasness is here, In sales meetings seniors do not share knowledge and tactics of marketing, So many sales person are on higher post but they are not enough good Education Qualification for that post, so they do not give chance for new commerce.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

They hold salary when you resigned from company. They deputes the employees in other inappropriate work which was not as per your job position or professional qualifications.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i was a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.
