Salary structure is best in the industry. At time of pendamic when every company reduce it's manpower and cutoff employees salary, UTTAM SUCROTECH paid full salary on time.

there,S a lot of reason higher mangement mostly avoid juniors and there is no bar of salary structure, some people working hard but they have no credit and some old age employees have det good salary and incentives without any reasons . actually they are everytime polish butter of chairman.

It's pure failure company, no job security, not able to pay on time, proprietor show, can do anything. Worst company to work with. I think Naukri should not allow such companies to enroll with them
