Uti is a US based company now acquired by DSV. It a good company on Giving Opportunity to all. You can learn more things here. You can get good support from colleagues.

Uti/DSV need to develop on giving Training & Learning to employees. so that they employ will grow along with company. Getting appreciation from client & company is fine but company needs to recognizing the employees on providing good packages & Promotions before he puts the paper. so that employee can stand for long time in the company.

The top Management and the team was very Good. Lots of opportunities of growth. good team and excellent colleagues. Now it is taken over by DSV and an excellent place to work.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
