Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). A good Fund Management team in place. CIO is doing wonders. An old name in the market.

Dislikes

...red all his competition with in organisation are fired. Talent is not rewarded. Salary hikes are poor. What it is left there is just skeleton of a mammoth.

People are supportive, Company provides all sort of trainings to the employee before actually putting any work pressure. Managers here are very good. Work life balance is something I love about UTI. No Disturbance on weekends or After work hours.
