HOD are not helpful. Fresher's can't develop there experience. Marketing is weakest department I ever seen.

Here growth is not promising. No independent in all departments. No proper decision making. Customers complaints not taken seriously. Thinking that they are doing their best to customer. And customer should obliged.

Not have much rules so junior every time switch off mobile and hide himself anywhere in plant only engineer or above is responsible

You have to work for owner home and other flates, plots there is no fixed work . You have to work as slave if wants to safe job buy firing in within minutes depending on owner mood

No clear vision or mission. Rough treatment to employees. Cheating and false commitment by management with employees. Very bad behavior with ex-employees, they do not clear full and final payment now a days and 5-6 employees ka lakhon rupya hadap gaye. Unnecessary interference of Finance & Accounts Deptt in other deptts work, dragging back the growth of company. Declining growth of company and no future for young talented breed.
