The atmosphere is very conducive. Sir always takes the initiative and teaches how to lead. The operation manager is very good natured and he always encourages the employees. The CEO and CTO tell each employee how to go beyond the limits and work smart. They teach how to think innovative and how to do creative things. We love these people because they have the power to think creatively and broadly and also have courage to face problems.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
