...table company..no proper vision for seeing the company grow. Have lack of funds. Salary never.paid on time and last notice period salary was never paid. Even the pf deducted from monthly salaries never got deposited.

Appraisals are all political. I am an introvert by nature. I was constantly judged on not talking randomly to people. While I understand building connections is important but they would not promote me because I wouldn't hang out beyond work with them. I am a professional and like having my lives separate which was not entertained much by them. They praise you if you work over the weekends and holidays. The one manager that was genuinely good was removed from the team itself. I was one of the top performers of the team but never appreciated at all.

The previous Sales Head Renjith Prahladan was a gem to work with and the only silver lining.

Dislikes

Unprofessional management and leadership and very toxic politics.The CTO and the CFO are college friends and they team up against the CEO and the COO and target the respective teams under the CEO. Overall, I had an unpleasant journey with the company.
