The company culture and departmental heads lack a proper business procedure to handle the mismanagement of products from the supply chain, which ultimately affects sales. Additionally, employees are treated unfairly, with a lot of favoritism and the boss acting as the boss. The HR manager is not capable of handling the position and seems to be a mere puppet. Moreover, there is no appraisal system in place. The management wants quick results, but they are still struggling with issues, which puts undue pressure on us to deliver.
